Our athletes are diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives; and include students, business executives, stay-at-home moms, athletes, pastors, nurses, MMA fighters, butchers, bakers, and candle stick makers:-)
We utilize CrossFit as our primary training method and focus our athletes on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic! The atmosphere at Crossfit Winnersville is one of support and camaraderie.
“Scalability” is a word that you will hear frequently at CrossFit Winnersville. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have scaling options, making it possible for all of us regardless of body type, personal goals or levels of ability. We motivate one another, cheer for each other and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone.
